What more could you want with all the facilities it holds including saunas, an altitude/02 room, red light therapy and more but the most important thing is the people. The heart they have for others well being is amazing and the knowledge that Stewart, Katie and the team have can really help out your fitness journey to the next level. And of course the two awesome little dogs who love people and you can see they are there to make people feel relaxed, less stressed and inviting. I’ve tried the high altitude room, free weights, classes, the sauna! and there’s always plenty of options. The equipment is always being updated and there’s a really good mix of cardio and weights. As a now professional athlete, and previous amateur athlete competing on national and international stages I cannot recommend this training facility enough. Their high altitude training room is elite, their classes are programmed so well, they have women’s training spaces, children’s play areas, every piece of equipment you can imagine and their team are a wealth of knowledge and warmth.  Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Such a big, open gym with an amazing atmosphere. The women's only area is a bonus, & the saunas are new & fantastic. The gym is always beautifully clean, & the change rooms are massive with great shower & toilet facilities.
The HIGH-ALTITUDE classes are AMAZING & really set this place apart. The staff are super friendly, welcoming, & always happy to help. And of course, the 2 gym furkids, Luna & Memphis, make training here even better.
I've trained at most gyms in Warrnambool, & this one by far outweighs the rest.
Highly Recommend.
